Water is the most fundamental thing that sustains life and fills skin, and it is not shared equally. In January 2026 Pharmesthetic completed its first well in Africa, in the Kenyan highlands at 1,500m. It is not simply a hole dug for water: it is infrastructure built to supply clean water to a community of around 10,000 people for more than 50 years.
